These terms govern your use of iTab Solution's website, repair and refurbishment services.

Bookings & diagnostics

Diagnostics are free of charge. You are notified of the estimated cost before we begin any billable work; you may decline at no cost.

Warranty

Repairs carry a 90-day warranty against defects in parts and workmanship. Refurbished device sales carry a 12-month warranty. Warranty excludes physical damage, liquid damage and unauthorised modifications after handover.

Liability

We take reasonable care with every device. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product.

Devices left unclaimed

Devices left unclaimed for more than 90 days after service completion may be disposed of; you will be notified before this happens.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Kolkata.
